Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any service on the hgyz platform. By accessing hgyz, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
1Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hgyz ("hgyz", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the hgyz website located at https://hgyz.bet and all services, games, features, and content made available through it. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the hgyz platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to comply with them.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and hgyz. If any part of these Terms conflicts with any other policy, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in the relevant policy document.
If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not register an account or use any service provided by hgyz. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2Eligibility Requirements
Access to and use of the hgyz platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. hgyz reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to meet any criterion constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balances.
- You must be at least 21 years of age. hgyz is strictly an adult platform and does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity.
- You must be registering and playing as an individual person on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and groups may not register accounts on hgyz.
- You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on hgyz or under any active account suspension or ban issued by hgyz.
- You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the platform. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- You must not use the platform if doing so would be in breach of any applicable law, regulation, or local ordinance in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of hgyz is lawful in your jurisdiction.
hgyz conducts age verification at the time of first withdrawal. Where hgyz has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is underage, the account will be suspended pending verification and any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the source payment method, with all winnings generated during the period of suspected underage play forfeited.
3Account Registration & Management
Each player may hold one and only one account on the hgyz platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held across those accounts. hgyz uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate registrations.
- All registration fields must be completed with accurate information. Your registered name must match the name on the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. hgyz will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or telephone.
- You must notify hgyz support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, suspicious activity, or suspected breach of your account credentials.
- hgyz reserves the right to request identity verification documents (national ID, passport, or equivalent) at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, before first withdrawal, or following unusual account activity.
hgyz implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with applicable standards. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Providing false or misleading documentation during KYC verification will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms
hgyz processes deposits and withdrawals exclusively through the Bangladesh mobile money payment methods listed on the platform at the time of transaction. All transactions on hgyz are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hgyz does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals made through supported payment methods; however, charges applied by the payment method provider itself are outside hgyz's control.
- Deposits are processed in real time subject to the payment provider's own processing systems. hgyz targets a deposit crediting time of under 60 seconds but cannot guarantee this in all circumstances.
- Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours are processed same-day. Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next available business day.
- All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. hgyz reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity and source-of-funds verification.
- Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where a change of payment method has been approved by hgyz support following a formal request.
- hgyz reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal and return funds to your account balance pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
Funds deposited to your hgyz account are held for the purpose of gaming on the hgyz platform. hgyz account balances do not accrue interest. hgyz does not act as a bank or financial institution and player funds are not covered by any deposit protection scheme.
5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
hgyz offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, and to the general conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between bonus-specific terms and these general Terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
- Bonuses may only be used on the specific game categories designated in the bonus offer. Using a bonus on non-qualifying games will not contribute towards the wagering requirement and may result in bonus forfeiture.
- hgyz reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being claimed. Once a bonus has been credited to your account, the relevant bonus terms remain in effect until the wagering requirement is either met or the bonus is forfeited.
- Multiple accounts held by the same player, household, IP address, or device will be treated as a single account for bonus eligibility purposes. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotions through duplicate accounts or coordinated play — will result in cancellation of all bonuses and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the specific promotion. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds, not cash, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your account. Real-money funds are always wagered first. Bonus funds become active only after your real-money balance reaches zero. All bonus terms are displayed in full before you opt in to any promotion.
6Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hgyz platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with games, place bets, or access any part of the hgyz platform.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting event, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit a promotion.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using the platform as a conduit for the movement of illicit funds.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the hgyz platform, its underlying infrastructure, or the game systems provided by third-party game studios.
- Registering more than one account, or registering an account while subject to a self-exclusion, voluntary cooling-off period, or account ban.
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent identity check conducted by hgyz.
hgyz's determination that prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding subject only to the internal dispute resolution process described in these Terms. Where hgyz identifies prohibited conduct, any winnings generated during the period of prohibited conduct will be voided regardless of whether those winnings resulted directly from the prohibited activity.
7Responsible Gaming
hgyz is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and enjoyable gaming environment. As part of that commitment, hgyz provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that are available to every registered player at no cost. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively to manage their gaming activity.
- Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from account settings. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be decreased immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session reminders: configure time-based alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a set duration. These reminders appear as on-screen notifications and do not interrupt active game rounds.
- Loss limits: set a maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period. Once your loss limit is reached, you will be unable to place further bets until the limit period resets or you contact support to review the limit.
- Self-exclusion: permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the hgyz platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. During a self-exclusion period, your account cannot be reopened under any circumstances, and you will be removed from all marketing communications.
hgyz strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended and any deposits returned to the source payment method. All winnings accrued during the period of underage play will be voided. 8Intellectual Property
All content on the hgyz platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation of all such content — is the property of hgyz or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. hgyz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the hgyz platform or its content without the express written permission of hgyz. Game content displayed on hgyz is owned by the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others) and is subject to their respective intellectual property rights. hgyz operates under licence from those studios to make their games available on the platform.
9Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hgyz, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the hgyz platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, even if hgyz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- hgyz is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including technical failures of third-party payment providers, network outages, or game server interruptions caused by third-party game studios.
- hgyz does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, and third-party service disruptions may result in temporary unavailability. hgyz will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.
- In any event, hgyz's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your hgyz account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10Privacy & Data Protection
hgyz collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on hgyz, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. hgyz applies SSL encryption to all data transmissions and does not sell player data to third parties.
hgyz may share player data with third-party service providers strictly for the purposes of identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, payment processing, and game delivery. All such third-party providers are contractually bound to process player data only as directed by hgyz and in accordance with applicable data protection standards. hgyz retains player data for as long as required to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with applicable legal retention obligations.
11Amendments to These Terms
hgyz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, hgyz will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document and, where changes are material, will provide notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the hgyz platform after any amendment to these Terms becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and, if you wish to close your account, contact hgyz support at [email protected]. Minor corrections (typographical errors, formatting changes, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may be made without prior notice.
12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and hgyz arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, hgyz encourages you to contact support at [email protected] in the first instance so that hgyz can attempt to resolve the matter informally and promptly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts for final resolution. hgyz will provide a written response to any formal complaint within 14 business days of receipt. You agree that any claim arising from your use of hgyz must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim; claims filed after this period are time-barred.
